4iP need to simplify the terms and conditions I have to agree to when signing up to submit a proposal.

At 12pt, 4iP's terms and conditions are 9 pages of legalese: http://www.4ip.org.uk/terms_and_conditions

Makes me uncomfortable about signing up for an account.
